分散槽

用于涂料、颜料的分散与混合，是涂料制备的关键设备，我公司吸收、消化国外最新技术，开发出适合国内10-30万吨/年涂布白卡纸板的系列产品。

槽体：不锈钢316   轴：不锈钢316   支架：碳钢

结构特点：

1.高剪切的叶轮设计，物料的分散与混合的效好，批料作业时间短。

2.顶部进轴结构，维修方便。

3.结构牢固，整个槽体安装在称重单元上，并提供与系统控制的PLC或DCS的接口，实现自动计量。

4.内装喷咀装置供冲洗用。
